Excessive and intense exposure to strong sunlight or heat may lighten the color of the faceted gems. Excessive exposure to water may weaken the faceted gem contact support.

Q: How long will my Sunphire last?

A: It is designed to be permanent and to last a long time. Treat the pendant like any fine piece of jewelry. The quartz and gem may be cleaned briefly with mild soap & water and dried with a soft cotton cloth. We recommend polishing the sterling silver with a Sunshine Polishing Cloth available on Amazon or EBay. In the event that the faceted gem or silver band comes of the quartz, it may be re-attached with Devon brand two-component 5 minute clear epoxy, available at Lowes. Super glue may be used, but it is less effective. The Sunphire will not function properly without the accent gem, so please do not wear it until repaired.
